Your satisfaction matters to us. If your item arrives damaged, defective or clearly not as described, we will make it right.

How to request a return or replacement:

1. Email us at support@fjorvania.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number and clear photos or a short video showing the issue.
3. Our team will review your request and reply within 1-2 business days.

Once your request is approved, we will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method. You do not pay any return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or card provider.

Change of mind: 14-day right of withdrawal

You can cancel your order or return any item within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Just email us at support@fjorvania.com with your order number.

• Once we receive the item, we refund the full amount you paid, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days to your original payment method.
