Returns & Refunds
Your satisfaction matters to us. If your item arrives damaged, defective or clearly not as described, we will make it right.
How to request a return or replacement:
- Email us at support@fjorvania.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and clear photos or a short video showing the issue.
- Our team will review your request and reply within 1-2 business days.
Once your request is approved, we will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method. You do not pay any return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or card provider.

Change of mind: 14-day right of withdrawal
You can cancel your order or return any item within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Just email us at support@fjorvania.com with your order number.
- Once we receive the item, we refund the full amount you paid, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days to your original payment method.
Condition of returned items: You may inspect and test an item as you would in a shop. If it has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, we may deduct the resulting loss in value from the refund where permitted by law. Such use does not automatically remove your 14-day right of withdrawal. Your rights for damaged, defective or incorrect items remain unaffected.
Delivery and return costs: If your order does not arrive, contact us. We will investigate and, where delivery cannot be confirmed, send a replacement at our expense or refund your order. If you change your mind after receiving an item, you pay the direct return shipping cost and any applicable customs duties and taxes. Send the return with duties and taxes paid (DDP); unpaid duties and taxes (DDU) are not paid by the supplier. If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, we cover the required return costs in accordance with your statutory rights. Please contact us before sending a return.
